penale e cancellazione

Good morning, a lady canceled her reservation a day ago and booking gave me the possibility to download the 50% penalty .. however, the lady wrote to me that her cancellation was free and sent me the cancellation email, but I had already downloaded the penalty and the lady demands the money back, I would like to understand what happened to fix it.
