Possible Fraud Bookings

Hey guys! Just need help about something.

A group of people booked our property few weeks ago and they trashed the property. Just found out that they are the same people who is staying in our property this week until 12/24. We didn't catch that they are the same people since they booked under different info. 

I reached out to booking.com but they can't do anything about it. How do you think is the best way to handle scenarios like this?
