Q: What to do ?
Hi,
maybe someone can help me, or tell me what i should do.
We have a Problem with our Whirpool which cannot be used, in Extranet i deactivated the Whirlpool, now i have guests who wanted to use the whirlpool.
The are now unhappy and want a refund as there primary Asset why the book was the Whirpool ( i don't belive that ) I Think they were unhappy with the weather...
What should i do?
