reservation payment

Our last 3 bookings are coming up with card details and saying not to charge but we arent sure if the reservations have been paid for or not.

It is when the booking.com reservation transfers over to our own reservation system. It has never done this before and we are just wondering what is happening. 

We are mainly just concerned about whether or not they have paid as we dont want to double charge guests

Please get back asap because some of the reservations are for today
