Incorrect room capacity displayed to bookers
My property layout specifies a maximum capacity of 4 persons (2 bedroom each with a double bed) however the property only shows up in searches for 2 guests. I have gone onto the site as a prospective guest but it shows a capacity of 2 guest.
Grateful if anyone has any advice on how to deal with this situation.

As long as both rooms bed options for max occupancy are 2 each, and the calendar list view shows price for both and are open and inventory is 1 and not closed... they should show
Check if there listing for dates searched when you see the room offering, is there a room count option drop down box to the right.. the guest can select 1 or 2 etc.. to claim all rooms.
Otherwise you might need to change setup to sell as one unit.
