Hello I have an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I would like to offer this separately and in full. How do I do this to avoid double bookings?

Hi! Christoph, this is not possible to list property as a whole unit and separate rooms at the same time, as it is not possible to sync calendars withing the system. Double bookings can occur.

My name is Colleen and I am an Account Executive at Booking.com.


At this stage we don't have the capabilities to offer linked inventory. If you were to list 2 separate rooms and the apartment as a whole at the same time, you would run the risk of overbooking. 


Depending on demand and your market an option could be that you could offer the rooms on their own mid week and then the whole apartment on weekends.
