About verifying my property...

Hi everyone. Just last night I made my booking.com account and registered my property successfully. However, it appears that my property will be verified by the website to ensure that the property is real and in the correctly stated location. I understand this, but I wanted to know if my property is listed on the website in the meantime, or if it will only be listed and available to be booked after this confirmation letter arrives.

What I want is to be able to have my property be listed in the meantime so that I can try to have people booking. Is there any way I can do this, or must I simply wait for the letter to arrive so that only then I can start having customers from this website? Thanks for any feedback.

Hi! Irrochajr50 and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunatelly your property has to be first verified before it goes live. You have to wait a little more before guests can make reservations.

Have a nice evening....

Sorry M Adamopoulou but I don't think you are correct. Our property has not been verified (because the postal system does not deliver mail to our farm) but we have been able to accept bookings no problem.

Maybe! I have emailed them to ask for a verification code to avoid penalties. Thanks.
