Account Problems


We have two problems. 1/ My Customer account does not appear to be linked to my Listing account and secondly my listing does not appear to be live due to Calendar issues I have been unable to resolve.Screen shot shows issue with Calendar

1/ it does not have to be and there is no such thing as linked.

they are not the same service nor account, even if you use email address as same on both, and set passwords as same.


contact support for anything else.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
