Activation of Unique code

Hi, today I received my Unique Code by post in order to verify the location of my property. Unfortunately, I am unable to see the link "Confirm your location" message, through which I am advised to enter my verification code.

Can someone help me?

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help with this problem.  Contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

  • In browser press <CTRL>+<F5> to refresh cache.
  • If using a mobile phone , use a computer.
  • If using browser X , then use another. Chrome,. Firefox, New Edge browser, safari.
  • Confirm what device type and browser name you are using.
  • Try maximising the browser window, and reload the page F5.
