The fields on the form you fill in do validation as with most online forms. For example Dont try to add whitespaces into the IBAN. I am in Thailand, the 'add new banking details' comes up and I have all my details and when I add my account number and name of account holder then click add details, a semi window says add your 3 digit branch code and 4 digit area code but does not allow anywhere to add these codes, I have tried putting them after account number and before acc number but does not work, I as yet have not received my confirm address letter from Booking.com and not had a booing yet - the first arrives tomorrow. Usually branch and area codes are added before the account number (for example here in The Netherlands we would have something like AA11-BBB-111111111, try not to use spacing between digits).
