Adding new properties

Hi all, I am trying to add new properties but I cannot because I need to wait for a mail to arrive to each properties. Due to coronavirus I feel the mailing process is taking a lot of time. These properties I am trying to add have been active on Airbnb for more than a year, is there a way to speed up the process due to the circumstances? As Airbnb has blocked some dates in my calendar and probably will keep doing this in May, it is a great timing for me to try another platform like Booking.com

You have posted this on the partner forum so not able help in this situation.  Email the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.  They may be able to email you the document.  Using extra platforms at this time is a good idea.

Thanks Sharon, I just don't find the Inbox icon anywhere in my Extranet. Do you know who can I email for help?
