We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Hello! How did the order on Agoda come about?

Agoda is an affiliate of BDC, giving them access to BDC inventory.

Something I would dearly love to be able to switch off. We deal directly with Agoda so see zero point in this, we should, for this reason, qualify for exemption. As Agoda, in our experience,  are the biggest trouble makers amongst the OTAs and deliberately upset market parity with non sanctioned discounts ( NOT price matching ).

Yes, I chose booking.com - nothing else so really not happy
