We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Apartment info

I am newcomer, and i need help! Description of my apartment on line, how people see my apartment,half wrong, i do not know who put it, and why. To reach Booking.com by phone impossible, not in my country where i live, in Israel, no in a country where my apartment is, Varna, Bulgaria. You can send messages in your extranet to booking.com and highlight the issues. Go to "Inbox" and then "Booking.com Messages".

I had the same problems. Do not panic. Just put a lot of mails into the inbox...after some months and a lot off mails and some good team members, it looks better now.....
