approval response to customer comment

Hello, in my responses to customer comments, I get that they need to be approved and never approved, how would it be to approve and respond to customers' comments?


Erm that's written like a double negative,  please use plain English and no long winded sentences.

It looks like your responses are not approved. And you wonder how to make them approved? 

Always be polite , and describe a situation, like: "This person left a lot of rubbish , or did not pay. 

Dont give names like : stupid, crazy, idiot etc. 

You will see replies coming .
