available dates not bookable

Hey everyone,

I'm new to booking.com:)

I'm wondering why my available dates are shown as "unavailable" if I check availability on the bookimg.com website for guests? It gives me alternative dates, but the ones I choose are always "unavailable"

Maybe you have restrictions... Check your policies...

For example if you have min. nights if you are searching for one night your listing will not appear in search.

Hi

 

If you open your Calendar , set view to List, tick the box for promotions and restrictions.

 

  • Now scan the rows for things like inventory = 0 or null, blank.
  • Do all the rate plan rows have values?
  • Does the Restriction rows per plan have anything other than null/blank.

 

If as  Maria said , you have minimum 2 nights set for 7 days of the week,depending on the searh options used by the guest some may not show.

 

Note you do not need to set all rooms to the same rate plans or same restrictions.

 

Perhaps consider one room or room type as available for nightly , with no min. stay.
