avaliabilty issues

Hi we have just listed our property and has gone live but in red is says We don't have availability at this property for your dates: Fri, Mar 29, 2019 - Sun, Mar 31, 2019 (2 nights), but our calendar is empty?

That's weird.

Can you call the help centre for that?

Go to the Extranet of BDC and find Inbox or contact area there too.

It's because you've set a minimum night restriction or you simply haven't loaded any availability in the extranet.
