We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

When are we going to be unblocked on booking. Nobody can't reserve us. That is the shame on you that this is going now for 10 days and nobody help us. We send email every day. We call every day. Nobody help us. You can take 13,2% of mine money yes....

BdC Support will never see this.

 

If you really have sent a message via the Extranet > Inbox >booking Messages, Contact Us.

All you can do is wait, or try phoning another nearby location support number.

 

or may be  the BdC Community Team can help escalade  , tagging them , we just wait for one of them to respond.
