BOOKING SAYING I AM FULLY BOOKED

Please could you somebody assist, I have set everything up and gone through all the verification steps, I have adjusted the calendar a million times but my property is showing as fully booked? this is a new property with no bookings as yet.

Dear helen you  , thanks for posting. If you still see that the property is fully booked even when is not, there might be different reasons. Maybe you set a minimum advance reservation, and you are looking at dates that includes this period of time. Perhaps you are a new Partner and you have set a not refundable policy or a pre-authorization that prevents your listing to be bookable. Please let us know how it did go!
