From my understanding, you are having issues with your rates and availability for your property. 

 

Here’s how you can get your property live and start getting bookings:

 

  1. Log in to the extranet, using your property login name (which can be found in your confirmation email received after registration).
  2. Here you can preview and update your listing details, along with your rates and availability. Please ensure these are up to date as bookings are immediately confirmed.
  3. Once this is ready, remember to click the button to go online and become bookable. Your property will then be live on Booking.com.
