BOOKING.COM REGISTRY

Hello all,

I have registered my property three times.

Although process shows 100% completed, I cannot get full access to the Extranet.

Question:

is there any contract that must signed to fully complete the registry?

if it is, how can I send that signed contract to Booking.com?

It has had this status for various months

That's right, although the answer came after I had to ask using different ways.

I really appreciate all your support.

NOTE: My property has been under review about almost one year, that's why I am so concern!

Richard Chacon the contract is usually singed in after you completed the registration process by accepting our Terms and Conditions. As seems like you are stuck in the registration process, and from the Community we cannot give you all the support you might need, we suggest you to try to contact our Customer Support on the +52 55 50471800. May I ask you something more?

- Do you know how to delete or edit a Post which has grammar or any other mistakes. or is duplicated?

- What BDC means?

Hi Richard Chacon, here you have some tips:

If you wish to modify you post after you save it, you just need to click into "Edit" and from there you can adjust it. If you wish to delete a post, you have the click in "Delete" where you see the trash bin symbol. Last but not least, BDC is used in our Community as a nickname of Booking.com. Hope it's all clear now!
