We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Bookings

I have recently joined bookings.com and have had 2 guests arrive on different weeks without their booking showing on my site. They have showed me their confirmation and payment details and it’s definitely my property. Can anyone advise why this would happen. Have tried looking on partner help but cannot find any help. I’m very concerned about this as I am not being paid for these bookings by Bookings.com.

I have never had this happen to me and don't think I have seen comments on the forum about this problem.

I would be very wary about taking in guests like this as there are lots of scam emails and if it was a scam you wouldn't get paid, so you should check with booking.com immediately to confirm booking their side.

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

If it is not on the live Reservations list in Extranet then it never happened.

I've never heard of a booking walk in and not have a matching name or reservation number.

 

The extranet has a search box at top to search his name, reservation number.



CAll BdC support immediately if you have not already done so.

 

There is no way those confirmation emails were legit, short of you not using the Extranet and or pulse app to see the reservations list.

 

Also even if you cant log on to the Extranet you would still have emails, SMS and pulse app notifications of new bookings.

 

Something definitely is fishy here, call them now and let me know how you get on.
