We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Bookings on request


I would like to give our guest only the option to book by us on request, because I'm afraid, that we have not enough place and I want to avoid overbooking. That because we are pretty small...

Can you help me, how I can manage this?

Otherwise I cannot use booking.com

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are not able to see your setup at all.  Pretty sure booking.com does not do 'on request' it is an automated booking system.  Presumably you are on other booking platforms, otherwise you shouldn't be able to be overbooked.  You should check with the booking.com help team to check if they do an on request where you can confirm a booking.  Use the Inbox icon on Extranet.
