Boutique hotel new to booking.com
I'm jumping in cold and have several questions. Does booking.com offer support? I've sent several messages and have not received a response.
Here are my questions:
I'm listed as a "Condo Hotel" - is that standard lingo, or is there a way to change that?
How can I keep a guest's card on file for incidentals?
We don't have a front desk. How can I alert guests (both at booking and while they are browsing us) as to our check-in procedure?
