Hi I've been trying to get help via booking.com via emails etc asking why guests have been booking on dates on my calendar that have been already blocked out which has resulted in overbooking. I really need assistance in solving this problem. I have sent emails regarding this situation to booking.com but I can't find anyone to help me. Reaching out to y'all. TIA
This is community. Call them or send them a message via extranet. In my 10 years working with booking.com never had this experience. I've got overbooked only when i didn't close the dates on time.
I accidentally made changes on my extranet calendar and I lost all the booked dated (yellow). I am worried because all the dates appeared available (green) which may cause overbooking. I had informed booking.com but for the mean time I blocked (red) the booked dates while waiting for booking.com to rectify it. Is there any other better way to fix this?

Just mark the booked dates RED and available dates GREEN, and it should be fine.
How do I block off dates that aren’t available. I don’t understand how to edit this calendar it’s confusing.
