We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

Calendar closed

 Hi, I have just joined and i have synced a calendar from another booking site, booking.com is now showing all available dates as closed - how do I flag them as available? i don't understand the calendar function it doesn't seem very user friendly.

Usually it takes few days that your property becomes bookable after it was set-up. How did you synced the calendar? Via chanel manager or manually or..?

Thank you for replying - the calendar is sync'd via a url link i don't use a chanel manager - the property is now live but available dates are closed....

Hi there,

I'm not sure if just connecting it with a URL will actually link the availability of your rooms. Booking.com has specifically devised the Channel Manager tool for people who advertise on more than one platform. If you don't have one yet, perhaps it's time to set one up.

Alternatively you can do it manually, keeping in mind that it won't update automatically.

I am having the same problem. I have had years of experience renting to guests with other sites and this calendar for some reason, reverts to closed status, even though I have opened it and input rates over and over and over again. Frustrating.

Did anyone ever get this sorted? I've just joined the platform and all my dates are marked at "closed". My property is visible on the site but no-one can book as the dates are all unavailable. It is extremely frustrating!
