Calendar Help!

Hi all

 

I'm new to booking.com and could do with your help. I have 2 self catering holiday cottages. I added one on, and managed to sync my calendar with my main booking system that I use and that has been running great for a week or 2. I now decided to add my second cottage, and i cannot now see the 'sync calendar' option to be able to link my calendars! 

Any advice will be much appreciated :)

Sometimes, they don't set this up automatically - depends on the settings you've chosen, full moon, whatever. Send a message to Booking.com from your extranet and ask them to set it up for you.

Be aware that the Booking.com calendar sync is broken. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it completely loses all your settings and Booking.com tell you that you must have changed it yourself. They live in complete denial of the many bugs and faults in their systems. Always block manually.
