Can’t reach customer service

Hi,

I’m a new partner here and have some difficulty natigating the online partner website.

1) I have double booking with overlapping dates. I had assumed the dates would be blocked out automatically for future guest to see. I can’t reach customer service for help.

2) I created another profile for my apartment in error as I didn’t get access to the previous one I created. How do I delete the latest one?

  1. Contact info 3 options below.  
  2. Do not list on more than 1 OTA without the use of a Channel Manager!
    1. syncbnb.com ; beds24, nobeds, cloudbeds etc..  
  3. They can delete the 2nd listing.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
