Cancel a reservation

Hello,

I created an ad for an apartment and on the same day a gyest made a reservation. However, my family will use the apartment during this reservation period and I didn't even have time to update the calendar. I have already requested the cancellation for the guest, but she does not respond. What do I do?

Did you click request cancellation and then option2?

If you still have no response from guest, you  should consider finding them a local place to stay and not engage BdC support , as they will try relocate and then bill invoice you for the difference.
