I desperately want to unlist my property from Booking.com. I have been emailing and posting questions all over.

Maybe you should report this to booking.com...

Maybe you should have to close your rooms for a start, and see how it goes.

If you still want to deactivate your account you have to send a message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.
