Hi everyone, I have a question.

Due to the pandemic I had to remove breakfast, but I have a reservation from last year that still has the breakfast included. I tried to contact the client but they don't respond to me and the number they wrote doesn't exist.

What can I do?

I would leave it as is since you already notified them, and then come date and they no show mark it as so.
