We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Cancellation of agreement with booking.com

Hi,  I;ve decided that your set up is not what I want, so I won't be using your services.  Would you please mind removing me from your list.   Thanks  By the way, I've seen quite a few complaints about you guys.  You seem to be rather aggressive regarding pricing and friends of mine have had a series of cancellations - apparently due to the system you use.  We are only little fish and to be honest, you seem like a big shark.

Dear Booking.com,

Kindly cancel my agreement with your organisation. I always pay my invoices promptly but your system does not seem to pick them on time and i am tired of reaching out to your rude contacts signed to me. I don't need these threatening non-reply messages anymore.

I would like to cancel my agreement with you as from to today, this system does not suite me at all I have asked for help and have so far received none I have people being most unpleasant, and I feel that I have no control over my bookings. Please please this request as URGENT!!!!!!
