We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Cancellation policy

On all my rate plans I indicated as cancellation policy 'non-refundable', but on the booking site the proporty always shows up as 'FREE cancellation'.  What do I need to do to have this changed.

Hello!

can you check these settings:

1. on the portal go to calendar and check that on the range of dates the non refundable checkbox is clicked

2. on the portal go to propert > properties > check the settings for the "Cancellation and Prepayment Policies"

let us know how you get on.

Thank you for your reply. 

Indeed, on the calendar I had to check the 'non-refundable' box.  It's fine now.
