We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Cannot access my property listing to make changes!

I've spent hours ticking boxes and uploading pictures (slow internet upload speed) and can see my listing on booking.com but when I log in there is no trace of my listing!! I want to make changes to the listing and photos but I can't!! Please help?

How frustrating.  On the top right of the Extranet screen there should be your property name and ID number.  Try click on that.  Otherwise contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.
