Cannot unregister a second property listed by accident

I would like to eliminate LOS MILANOS *** from my account as I made it on accident. I already have a property with that same name and this would produce confusion in potential clients.

Then you need to email the booking.com help team.  Use the Inbox icon on Extranet.  This is the partner forum so we are unable to help in this situation.

There is no way of emailing them; this "inbox" feature does not exist when I enter the extranet. That's why I´m here.

This is the partner forum and we are unable to help with this situation.  Appreciate you may not have the Inbox if you haven't fully setup an account.  Then you will need to search in Help for your local contact so you can call them.  If you have one property fully setup you should have the Inbox option there.

I DO have another fully set up property, but again, there, when I go into Inbox, no option to create an email appears.

Inbox - booking.com message - 'Can't find what you are looking for' (bottom right) - Press 'See contact options' - brings up subject and just select relevant - then brings up box for you to type in.
