We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Cant reopen my object and cant see my rooms in calendar


I have created my hotel website on booking.com, added one room but I can't see them on calendar. After deleting that room my object went to "Closed / Not bookable". Now even after adding other rooms i cant see them on calendar and set price for them.

Go to https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/extranet_ng/manage/rooms.html


Create a room type to represent the room(s).

until you do you will not be able to use calendar.
