Caravan went live and I need help cancelling tomorrow’s reservation please

I didn’t know I had gone live and the caravan was booked before it was ready. Can you help me cancel it and reimburse please

this is common issue.

 

simply message or better yet phone them,

make sure under policies you enabled Guest must provide address and phone number.

 

once you notifiy them click on request to cancel , choose option 2, and wait for them to confirm.

 

that it done then no further action required, unless they never reply or answer phone or do not confirm

 

You could last resort due to relocation invoice, contact BdC support.
