We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

I have not been able to receive my location notification in the mail as my address is not completed in the listing, how do I edit it?

The autofil that booking.com adds is incorrect how do I edit that?

My suite is listed as a one bedroom apt.  It is not. There is one room that includes all in one space. How do I edit it?

I find book.com to be the most user-unfriendly site I have come across in a long time, is it just me?

  3. Property Type can be changed by BdC support
  4. Guest booking site - UI/UX in general is not much different to others in my opinion, but then I am technically minded and a former weddev :)
