Changing the contract (as I am the new owner)

I have been trying to change the contract from the previous owner to me. 

I am getting nowhere. 

I have been trying to do this now for 3.5 months and I am still not being helped. 

I have sent mails and called numerous times. Extranet has been used by the previous owner, her identity has been verified and nothing else seems to be happening...

Has anyone got a tip please????

You cannot use the same extranet account for obvious reasons.

 Create your own and ask them to transfer ownership or register as new property.


Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
