changing a guest from one unit to the other

Hi Everyone.

This is my first time on this site.  I am booking a guest.  He has chosen a room which needs cleaning so I have offered another room for same everything.  (price, etc).  

I would like to know how to change that on the system, without all the cancel fees and bad reviews, etc, please?  can anyone help with this?




Easiest way is just to block out the room where you are moving him to, so you don't get another booking in there.  Do you really need to move him on the system?  Keep it simple :-)
