Changing status to open/ bookable

I have just set up my property on Booking.com and am using Tokeet as a channel manager.  At the moment the status of my listing is closed, how can I change it to open?  I've contacted Tokeet  and they say everything is working fine at their end.  Any suggestions as to how to fix this?  Many thanks.
