Channel Manager

Buongiorno, ho appena registrato la mia struttura su booking, ma non riesco a capire se è obbligatorio utilizzare un channel manager.

Io non vorrei usarlo, ma il sistema non mi permette di mettere online la mia struttura se  non connetto un channel manager. Come posso fare?

Hi Barbara,

 

You only need a CM 3rd party service if you try to list on more than 1 OTA, without it you will get double  over bookings and will cost you relocation fees.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
