And the question Is this already part of the room/apartment rate? I checked "No" as I couldn't understand how to include it in the daily rate. The guest just pays the total. I don't recall seing on Booking.com included cleaning fee that needed to be paid separately in advance. The cleaning fee is still commisioned with 15% (if it is included or not). If you focus on the cleaning fee itself it is a bit complicated. I personaly would modify the daily rates so that it would suit you and that you won't be at loss. If you want to keep the cleaning fee I think you need it to leave as it is then (not included). If the cleaning fee is 30 euros and if a person stays for 2 nights then it is an additional 15 euros per night. But if the person stays 10 nights then it is only 3 euros per night. So if the listing is 100 euros per night without the cleaning fee, what is the price with the cleaning fee? 8 pibomarco You need to switch the "mentality" regarding this kind of pricing structure. Do you clean the apartment yourself or you pay staff a fixed rate of 30eur to clean the apartment? Basicly you decide what daily rate suits you best - based on your overall costs, taxes, competition in your area.. Sometimes you'll earn more, sometimes less.. but at least you'll have less hassle with colecting the cleaning fee from the guest. And most guests preffers to pay the total, with no extra fees. I have the same option :) 1 Dave Jorgenson my booking.com price is mapped by my other booking platform. The other platform has the flexibility to offer a cleaning fee/per stay. (in this case, it is actually a COVID cleaning surcharge, which we will drop when we beat this thing.) I do this because I don't want the cleaning fee to negatively affect the customer's view of the base price. The price/room is mapped from my other platform, but not the covid fee. I have to add the fee directly on booking.com. However, you don't seem to have a place to add the fee, and there is no way to build it into the price, because the price is locked by the mapping from the other platform. This should not be this hard. Now what?
