I REALLY NEED TO CLOSE OR DELETE MY ACCOUNT 

HOW CAN I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?

I DONT WANT TO KEEP RECEIVEING PEOPLE AT MY HOME

This is a space to chat and advise with other Booking.com partners, and it sounds like your issue would be best resolved from one of the booking.com support teams. You can reach out to them via your Extranet Inbox tab and send your request to close account.

-Leonard-Cooper7 In your calendar close all your rooms and then send a message request through your Extranet inbox to booking.com to close your account.

I want to close account permanently. How to do it? I can't find any delete account function in the Extranet system

Choichin if you want to close your account you have to contact BDC through your Extranet inbox. There is not a delete function.

You really need to do a "Close account" feature - AND YOU REALLY REALLY NEED TO LOWER YOUR PROVISION !

I am also trying to take my room offline and close my account. Impossible. No way of contacting this faceless organisation. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Even worse than Amazon. And that's saying something!

Hi Simon,

You have to send your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to booking.com.

Meanwhile you can close your room so you don’t receive reservations.

so, I had a problem that i have been unable to resolve, namely a duplicate account that i had no access to.  as a result of this terrible company lack of individual faceless support, i have had to take the steps above and cancel my relationship with booking.com.. this is not something I wanted to to, but I have no choice.. Bon Voyage
