We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Close account

There seems to be 3 accounts for Anchorlea, High Street, Staithes.  I would like to close reference no's *** and *** and cant find a way to do this.   I really need to update my calendar due to cancelled bookings and reopen some dates and cant find a way to do this either.  Please can you close down the above reference numbers and leave ***.  Thank you

Please can you give me their phone number as it is not on the website at all.  I have emailed the customer services help centre and they have advised me to ask for help with Partners.  I have never been so frustrated with a website in my life, not being able to do a simple task and such a big company to not have any customer service is quite simply shocking.
