My name is Sergei, I’m your Community manager and I’m here to help all the partners and B.com to build a strong community of professionals. 

I know that a lot of users may be really new to this format and may feel a bit lost at first, but I’m here to help you to learn how to navigate your community, how to find helpful information, share your experience and get inspired by others.

Hi Sergei,

I am helping some friends in Solomon Islands who have limited marketing and IT knowledge with their Marovo Sea Lodge - I joined up to this yesterday and still can see how to excess the part to alter room ratees. I changed $500 AUD but it should be $500 SBD. Can you assist ? Regards Garry

thanks fo your reply - i have decided to just put in the AUD equivalent - i thought i put in $90 per room per night but it shows $99 AUD - is that my mistake or is that your charge added on top ?

I would appreciate if we can get some real time feedback about the status of our property or how long the property checking process should take.

Hi Everyone, my name is Timur, I am the owner of newly registered property at booking.com in Moscow, Russia. Our property located in a New building and has no registered postal adress yet. I have applied to Moscow office a week ago asking to conduct a video call or arrange a Company represetative visit to verify the property. Until now i did not get any feedback or reply, though I have heard thatbit takes 2 3 days in European countries to get the property verified. Is it the manner of how the Moscow office works or General practice?
