I know that a lot of users may be really new to this format and may feel a bit lost at first, but I’m here to help you to learn how to navigate your community, how to find helpful information, share your experience and get inspired by others.

Hi Sergei,

I am helping some friends in Solomon Islands who have limited marketing and IT knowledge with their Marovo Sea Lodge - I joined up to this yesterday and still can see how to excess the part to alter room ratees. I changed $500 AUD but it should be $500 SBD. Can you assist ? Regards Garry

thanks fo your reply - i have decided to just put in the AUD equivalent - i thought i put in $90 per room per night but it shows $99 AUD - is that my mistake or is that your charge added on top ?

Hi , Sergei and Ilaria ,My Name is Adnan the revenue manager at Coral Hotel, we have recently opened our brand new property in the Holy City of Karbala , Iraq ,and have already finished the first step of registration on booking.com on August 31st 2019, and since then we have been waiting for the extra net access to go live, and every time we check we get the same status 

Our gents are checking your property to help you create the best listing possible.

When complete, we'll send you a confirmation email, and you’ll be just moments away from going live on Booking.com.

I would appreciate if we can get some real time feedback about the status of our property or how long the property checking process should take.

Hi Everyone, my name is Timur, I am the owner of newly registered property at booking.com in Moscow, Russia. Our property located in a New building and has no registered postal adress yet. I have applied to Moscow office a week ago asking to conduct a video call or arrange a Company represetative visit to verify the property. Until now i did not get any feedback or reply, though I have heard thatbit takes 2 3 days in European countries to get the property verified. Is it the manner of how the Moscow office works or General practice?

Hi! Sometimes new notification emails are grouped together with the old ones. So you need to open all the emails of the chain and scroll down to the new ones.

Hello, Just signed up and it automatically listed my bed size as double.  how do i change it to Queen?  I think this is an important detail for a lot of people.

You can change the bed size under "Property" tab - "Room details" (also known as "Property layout"), click Edit under the room type name and make changes.

I am writing this email due to a problem with booking.com's waiting process i would be pleased if you can inform me regarding this.

 

My problem is that i registered my property on booking.com but since 12 feb haven't gotten a response from booking.com they had sent an email which contained an agreement which we agree but since that day our property is on pending review i would be very pleased if you can help me with my problem

As far as I know verification takes a couple of weeks...

Since this is only a Partner Community I think it’s better if you contact directly booking.com through your Extranet inbox tab.

This is not right ! Real estate company (not agency) declared and installed, working under principal (establishment in our name) or under monthly invoice (with name of the owner). We have been working with Booking for 3 years, between 12 and 15 k€ of annual income for them, always paid since they are the ones who collect customers. Never a problem, a payment incident. Average between 8.7 and 9.7 out of 12 establishments. For explain the context.

A new owner contacts us. It is Morocco, it is "different" and by some aspects, "complicated". With this owner, BEFORE working with and possibly taking back his account, on a simple phone call we learn that this owner is in default of payment (a consequent sum). We refuse to work with it.

The week goes by, we take back four apartments. Problem with Booking, not to say who , what, how.... we are asked to wait by talking about 4 to 5 days. My wife takes back 3 apartments in the same village, always standard, with papers, operating authorization, certif security... Same thing, no sign up. It’s been 12 days, x phone calls.... In fact, they have us associated with the owner’s account and literally "blacklisted"!!! only with 1 phone call, for check there is no problem. We have problem with this owner because i insult him because he don't pay his debt !!!! It is impossible to speak with a "superior", we know the schemes and things outside the legal framework, but there, without mercy, without respect, even outside of us, housewives, drivers, taxi.... And the irony of the story? Because of their ban, we bombed Airbnb, Expédia, Tui Villa, Abritel.... Incredible

Rellay, sincerely, be careful with Booking.. don't try to work long term or try to create something !

Hi, I have an issue when I change some option today: In the Calendar option I select dates sicen June 28th to the end of the year and put "Open for bookings" option.

However, when I check if it is available in the Booking.com wepage (https://www.booking.com/hotel/pe/casa-de-ramos-cieneguilla.es.html) it always says "Not available during the selected dates". Please can you help me with this problem?

Hello Sergei 

At this time we have removed all of our listings due to a possible IT issue with your vacation rental calendar sync settings.

We have a Very serious question in regards to real time calendar updates as you can imagine everyone wants to avoid double bookings across other vacation rental websites.

 

We have had some issues with Booking.Com‘s current calendar causing double bookings due to the lack of real time calendar updates it seems that the calendar is updated anywhere up to four hours or more can you please help us resolve this issue ?Perhaps it is something to do with the refresh IT internal settings?

Truly hoping to get this resolved quickly and get our listings back up on the platform as soon as possible we are currently purchasing more properties in Florida and in progress of closing on a property in Argentina !!!

Just an FYI  AIR BNB,Home Away/Vrbo and Tripadvisor, Expedia ALL have REAL time calendar update settings, we are hoping that your IT team has moved forward on resolving this major issue ?

 

here is the first link/information I found on Google for real time calendar synchronization on Booking.com this is a real concern I truly hope this can be resolved and have the IT get on top of this as a real priority as I can only imagine in my opinion how much money this is costing Booking.Com

We recommend both exporting and importing your Booking.com calendar. ... However, keep in mind that calendars are not synced in real time. This means individual reservationsmade on other platforms won't syncimmediately with your Booking.com calendar, and vice versa.

I have just joined booking.com to offer bed and breakfasts. I have seen reference to being paid for bookings but I want to know how do I get paid. I have had no direction from management. Could it happen if I supply my bank account no and the BSB. I am sure that payment is legitimate. To hosts but how. ????? I would welcome an answer. I have just had my first bed and breakfast visitor, a pleasant experience after sorting out parking issue. He said he will come again. I can also offer alternative bedroom for 100 Aust dollars. The  visitor has paid his rental now in full to booking.com. My question is will I now receive this sum minus booking.com fees into my bank account?
