complexity of the site

HI new to booking.com and I am finding it frustrating beyond belief! I have our three rooms set up but making changes to the rooms / prices etc doesn't seem to work. Our PMS has them set up appropriately and I had hoped that this would help. I currently have no prices showing for our rooms available. It shows that I have two of one room  type when there is actually only one and I cannot for the life of me see how to amend it short of wiping everything and starting again. I find the help process - anything but helpful. 

Am beginning to regret signing up - our PMS company are fantastic with help!

Welcome to Booking.com and to the forum. Sorry to hear about the struggles.

It's a bit of a learning curve but I can really say that it gets easier and it is well worth it.

Can you send screenshots of your calendar? Because adding a price is as simple as using the Rates and Availability tab to do everything if you do it manually. But if you have a PMS then it should actually be much easier.

Anyway look forward to seeing the calendar screenshot so we can see what we are dealing with.
