Confirm property location

Hi all,

 

A little new to all of this. I'm looking to confirm my hotel location but have still not received my "unique code". I have requested it to be resent via post twice now.

Who do I speak to? A specific person, preferably.

Simply ring BdC Support to request alternative method, since you have tried twice  by normal method. See below how to

 


 

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
