Confirm your location
hi
im new here i want to rent my apart but i cant get the letter there for Confirm your location because post not good and cant receive mail there. But i have another apart in same town can i divert the address how can i do please?

Unfortunately you cannot change the address since it has to be verified but since other partners have had same problems, I would suggest to you to call your local booking.com office and ask them to support you.
You can also resend you message request directly to booking.com through your Extranet inbox tab.
