We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Confused

Booking informed me yesterday that I had my first booking, but also said that the credit card used was invalidated and, unless it was remedied by the client, I could cancel .  Question: how and where do I go to candel that reservation.  Booking webpage does NOT make that clear at all.

If you're set up for credit card payments, you'll get a lot of fake bookings and no-shows - look at my profile and scroll down the comments where I post about Payments by Booking.com .....

You find this booking in extranet and there you'll see an option to report invalid CC or cancel the booking..
