Cottage not bookable/available even after calendar updates

Good morning, i just have updated my cottage on Booking… .

I have updated all the details as well as maintained the calender still it says you are unavailable for booking. 

The property has not been verified since i did not receive the code. Is that the issue? please help.

First sort out verification,  by asking them for alternative method, then get them to review your setup

For security purposes, it may be that your property will need to be verified before you are able to receive bookings. If you have not received the verification letter sent to the property address, please reach out to your local partner support team via the Extranet > Inbox tab > messages to see if you can arrange alternate methods. Please note the letter arrives from our head office in Amsterdam so there may be shipping delays.
